Saturn
Saturn is the Ancient Roman God of fertility, namely agriculture. It is believed that with the introduction of agriculture by Saturn, government and civilization were created. This myth is from Cronus's change into Saturn when Saturn fled Greece when he and his Titan allies were defeated by the Olympians. Saturn demonstrated leadership in Latium and thus became the god of agriculture and fertility.
The day of the week named Saturday is named after this famous Roman God and is the only day of the week that kept it's name in English.
